Platforms
National Kaizen Conference
This annual event is organized to create a platform for KiZ to share reports with its stakeholders the continuous improvement activities being undertaken in various organizations in Zambia. Selected organizations showcase
or share their continuous improvement stories and achievements. The conferences also serve as a platform for awareness creation on the need to embrace continuous improvement activities in view of benefits such activities
bring at all levels, and across sectors.
At the end of the Conference, all participating teams’ Continuous Improvement Projects will be evaluated by a team of assessors and awarded with either Bronze, Silver, or Gold Prizes. A special Prize, the Dr Rowland Msiska
Award, will be given to the best Continuous Improvement Project for Government departments in recognition of Dr. Msiska’s contribution to the promotion of Quality proposition in Government Ministries.

Open Seminars
The seminars aim at; sensitizing key stakeholders about Kaizen and its benefits, highlighting some results of Kaizen implementation in Zambia, explaining how the public can access services from the institute and creating contacts with key stakeholder for Kaizen implementation.
In Company Seminars
These are Kaizen sensitization seminars conducted at company level in a customized manner.
International Convention on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC)
This is an international platform where we flag Zambian individuals, teams (QCC), entreprise to showcase their continuous improvement projects and learn from global best practices.
