Kaizen Consultancy
KAIZEN Consultant Training is designed to impart Continuous Improvement knowledge and skill and create a pool of consultants capable of offering comprehensive and tailor-made solutions to organizations seeking to survive
and prosper in their business operations. The course is structured into four individual levels with each covering specific knowledge and skills. Participants will learn in a step-by-step progression from level 1 to level
3 to complete the full course.
Qualifications
One must have a Bachelor’s degree in any field or atleast three (3) years of industry experience.
Kaizen Practitioner
This programme is suitable for employees within organisations who wish to enhance their Continuous Improvement skills step by step and obtain certification at KAIZEN Practitioners. It is also Suitable for final year students
in tertiary education to prepare them to enter industry. Upon successful completion of the programme, they would be able to apply the KAIZEN concepts and tools to conduct improvement activities.
